The Big Open Weekend will take place on October 5 and 6, with activities including swimming, badminton, and soft play for children.
There will also be gym classes, taster sessions, advice, and special offers across the centres.
Oxford Ice Rink, which is celebrating its 40th birthday this weekend, will be offering taster beginner skate lessons and free skate sessions.
It is one of four centres taking part over the two days along with Barton Leisure Centre, Ferry Leisure Centre, and Leys Pools and Leisure Centre.
Brian Taylor, chief executive officer for More Leisure Community Trust, which is running the event, said: “We love the Big Open Weekend as it gives us a chance to showcase everything that’s good about our centres.
“The weekend gives visitors the opportunity to try out our facilities for free, and experience the kind of fun, inclusive, and friendly sessions we offer at each centre.”
Councillor Chewe Munkonge, cabinet member for a healthy Oxford, added: “We’re thrilled to see More Leisure offering such a fantastic range of activities for this Big Open Weekend.
“It’s a great opportunity for residents to enjoy free access to our local leisure facilities and discover everything they have to offer.
“We encourage everyone to get involved and make the most of the weekend.”
