The Ticket Office is currently working through messages from supporters who have noticed issues in purchasing tickets for Saturday night’s Sky Bet League One play-off semi-final first-leg against Peterborough United at the Kassam.
We would now like to provide an update to supporters who may be experiencing difficulties in this process.

Yellows Accounts Fan Numbers
We have noticed a number of supporters have created new account numbers in their Yellows Account since moving to the new ticketing system.
By creating new numbers, this does not link through to the Season Ticket holder’s original account.
If you are faced with this issue, we ask you to email reply@oufc.co.uk, who will remove the new fan number and advise the next steps.
Purchasing Your Season Ticket Seat
For supporters looking to purchase their season ticket seat, please follow these steps.
When accessing your Yellows Account, your season ticket seats are located under the reserved tickets section.
Clicking on this in the top right corner will provide you with the ability to purchase your specific seat.
For supporters who have not purchased their seat and wish to change to their specific season ticket seat, please email ticketoffice@oufc.co.uk
Season Ticket Holders Purchasing for Other Supporters
Season ticket holders may have other supporters as part of their online system.
If you wish to purchase tickets for another person in your system, please email ticketoffice@oufc.co.uk, who will add permission to do so.
Forgotten Password
For those who did not reset their password during the system changeover and are now not receiving a password reset link, please follow these steps.
If you have forgotten your password and are not receiving a link to change this, you will need to create a new Yellows Account using this link: https://login.oufc.co.uk/Auth/Register
Once created, you can link your ticketing account on the ‘Tickets’ section using your fan number.
