Oxford Technology Park welcomes engineering services provider

The 57,000 sq. ft. facility has been let to WAE Technologies by Life Science REIT, and offers offices, labs, and R&D spaces.

The recently completed Building 5 is environmentally certified and will become home to WAE Technologies.

The company will pay an annual rent of £1,146,000, amounting to £20.10 psf for a 10-year term, with a break clause at year five.

OTP, bought by Life Science REIT in May 2022, consists of six completed buildings totalling 230,500 sq. ft. and unoccupied development space of 266,100 sq. ft.

Its current tenants include the Native Antigen Company, Oxford Gene Technology, and Oxford Ionics.
